About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to lead and execute key projects within their organization, based in Mahikeng . This role demands excellent planning, execution, and stakeholder management abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, proven leadership experience, and the ability to navigate complex challenges, playing a crucial role in achieving strategic organizational objectives through successful project delivery.

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to all stakeholders, including senior management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, successfully delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
