Lead Project Manager - Remote

Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives within a fully remote capacity. • Define project governance, methodologies, and standards for remote execution.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for remote project teams.
• Ensure rigorous risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across all projects.

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
