Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector to oversee key projects in Klerksdorp . This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing stakeholder relationships and mitigating risks.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage).
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
