Paula's Choice is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead a global team of Category Demand Planners, elevating forecasting from fragmented channels to a single, disciplined global process across NAM, APAC, EU and ANZ.
You will own aggregated forecasts, drive S&OP, and run monthly reviews with regional partners, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to finalize the demand plan. Remote work within the US is supported with PDT hours.
