Call Center Manager

We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a residential service company that is expanding rapidly.

Our client is looking for a Call Center Manager to lead their team in their Tucson market (office near Flowing Wells). This position will lead a team of inbound and outbound representatives covering the Arizona and Colorado markets.

Areas of focus include:

• Streamline processes and efficiencies
• Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the team
• Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques
• Recruit CSRs and dispatchers using active recruiting methods
• Coach and develop your team using hands-on training methods
• Monitor and review performance standards weekly
• Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
• Work as a liaison with various field management and home office representatives
• Create goals and objectives for the Management team to assume added responsibility
• Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved

Requirements include a minimum five years’ call center or contact center management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation or catastrophe, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields is desired.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
