Site Bridge Research Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to provide oversight of CRCs and site staff across our network. You will ensure study readiness, protocol adherence, and performance against KPIs while maintaining FDA/ICH GCP compliance and SOP alignment.
You will manage staffing plans, support start-up and close-out activities, and collaborate with recruitment, budget, and finance teams to drive site success. Remote work with up to 30% travel is required.
