About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced and results-oriented Remote Coaching Program Manager to oversee and enhance their virtual coaching offerings. This position is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of all aspects of the coaching programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and coaches alike, regardless of location. You will lead a distributed team of coaches, develop curriculum, monitor performance, and drive program growth through innovative strategies, playing a critical role in delivering effective and engaging remote sports development.

• Develop and refine the strategy and curriculum for remote coaching programs.
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of remote coaches.
