This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Senior Manager, IT Organizational Reporting & Data Management
, leads the team responsible for delivering financial, labor, operational, and portfolio insights that enable strategic decision-making across the IT organization. This role serves as a trusted partner providing governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities that support organizational planning, investment decisions, workforce optimization, and operational performance. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and people leadership to build scalable solutions that improve transparency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & Labor Analytics:
  Define and evolve financial and labor reporting frameworks, governance processes, and forecasting models that inform technology investment decisions, labor planning, budget management, and operational performance optimization.
• Data Governance and Operational Excellence:
  Establish governance standards, operating models, and controls for financial, labor and organizational data assets across reports and systems.
• Reporting & Insights:
  Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting focused on workforce trends, labor efficiency, cost drivers, and operational performance.
• People Leadership:
  Lead and develop a team of engineers and analysts that support multidisciplinary functions while fostering a high-performance, analytical, and continuous improvement in culture.
