The Senior Project Manager at TMC Global leads complex, multi-solution, or enterprise-scale professional services engagements. This role owns the overall client relationship, delivery strategy, and commercial success of assigned engagements, ensuring alignment between client objectives, contracted scope, and delivery execution.
Senior Project Managers operate at a strategic level and frequently engage executive stakeholders.
R esponsibilities :Engagement & Delivery Leadership
- Lead large, complex, and/or multi-solution implementations.
- Own engagement delivery strategy, governance, and overall outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple project teams and work streams.
- Oversee risk management, escalation, and executive communications.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as executive-level client point of contact.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Lead steering committee meetings and executive updates.
- Manage client satisfaction and long-term account health.
- Partner closely with solution architects, consultants, developers, and QA resources.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood across delivery teams.
- Support quality assurance and acceptance activities to validate requirements fulfillment.
- Own engagement financials including profitability, forecasting, and change management.
- Partner with Sales and Leadership on scope, estimates, and delivery planning.
- Ensure successful handoff from sales to delivery and through post-go-live.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex technology consulting engagements.
- Proven experience leading multi-solution or enterprise implementations.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and financial acumen.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software deployments preferred.
