We are looking for DART Recruiters located in the following markets:
Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, Florida

We are looking for motivated individuals who can partner with our team to identify culturally aligned talent who will help us achieve our mission of Growth Powered by People.

• Develop collaborative relationships with recruiting partners and managers
• Screen candidates for fit, quality, and potential
• Communicate updates and progress weekly to recruiting partners
• Attend recruiting and community events
• Understand high-level hiring goals and align work with those goals to meet the needs of the team
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication
• Ability to travel
• Work in office when needed

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed goals
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
