Senior Director, Partner Engagement | DaVita Kidney Care
Denver, CO | Hybrid — 2–3 days/week in office
The Sycamore Group is partnering with DaVita Kidney Care to recruit a Senior Director, Strategy/Partner Engagement based in Denver, Colorado.

This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution. The Senior Director will help shape DaVita’s provider engagement strategy, translate provider and market insights into enterprise-level initiatives, and lead a team of managers and analysts responsible for driving measurable outcomes across the organization. The role will work extensively across operations, clinical, technology, strategy, and other functions and will require someone comfortable navigating a large, complex organization and influencing senior stakeholders.
WhatYou'll Do
- Develop and execute DaVita's provider engagement strategy in support of its long-term enterprise objectives.
- Translate provider needs and market insights into scalable initiatives and capabilities.
- Set strategic direction and remove organizational and operational barriers to execution.
- Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts, creating clear accountability for results and continuous improvement.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across clinical, operations, technology, strategy, and other functions.
- Equip local operations leaders with national capabilities that can be adapted to individual markets and provider dynamics.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures to evaluate initiatives and drive decision-making.
- Communicate strategy and results effectively with senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
We're particularly interested in leaders who bring a combination of strategy, execution, people leadership, and executive-level influence. Ideal candidates will have:
- 10+ years of experience across strategy, partner/provider engagement, growth, relationship management, or related areas.
- Significant experience developing and executing strategies within large, complex organizations.
- 5+ years of management consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Meaningful people leadership experience, including experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to move from strategy into implementation and measurable results.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
This role is based in Denver and is not a fully remote position. Candidates should expect to work from DaVita's Denver office approximately 2–3 days per week. We are willing to help relocate the right candidate to Denver. Approximately 20–25% travel may be required for provider meetings, internal meetings, and industry events.
