Group Product Manager, B2C

Your mission

Get Your Guide 's On-Trip product group owns the entire post-booking experience from the moment a traveller completes checkout through fulfillment, supplier coordination, and agentic care resolution. In the role of Group Product Manager you will lead a team of product managers, set strategy, coach a high‑performing team, and drive measurable outcomes on some of the highest‑leverage surfaces in the business.

• On-Trip Domain:
  Fulfillment (contextual UX, self‑service, modification and cancellation), AI Resolution (unified care and chat automation), and Supplier‑Traveller Coordination (off‑platform observability, supplier messaging, and coordination tooling).
• Manage three PMs based in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Product, Traveller based in Berlin.

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize a complex, multi‑pillar strategy into a clear and opinionated thesis for executive audiences.
• Experience managing and coaching junior/senior/lead PMs with evidence that their output improved under your management.
• Strong commercial instinct: able to size problems with rough numbers, make ROI cases, and commit to metrics.
• Track record operating in an operationally complex domain—marketplace, payments, post‑purchase, or customer service technology.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to Berlin for stakeholders and leadership engagement.

• Familiarity with AI‑assisted customer resolution, supplier‑facing product, or payment corridors in a global marketplace.
