As the next property manager 14, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing the appraisal process for statewide projects, excess and railroad property, wetland mitigation sites, condemnation parcels and special projects for the Statewide Appraisal Program.
  • Scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of staff by providing clear continuous direction, feedback and measurement for the Local Public Agency Real Estate program and the Statewide Real Estate Quality Assurance program teams.
  • Supervise the Development Services Division contract administrator's activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of staff by providing clear continuous direction, feedback and measurement.
  • Directing the statewide Real Estate Quality Assurance program to ensure statewide real estate staff are performing real estate activities in compliance with all FHWA and state regulations while identifying statewide trends, best practices, innovations, improvements, areas of high quality and areas in need of improvement.
