Our client are a rapidly expanding, publicly listed global healthcare services business operating across multiple international divisions. They currently recruiting for an EAP Program Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers remote working.
As an EAP Program Manager, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the delivery of assigned Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and exclusive distribution programs from contract award to close-out. Acting as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and biotech partners, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage global operational programs in strict alignment with regulatory and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Drive full lifecycle program execution, managing project deliverables, scope changes, key performance indicators, and operational metrics.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client interface, leading regular operational reviews, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term partner relationships.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional internal teams, including supply chain, quality, regulatory, and technical departments, to ensure seamless execution.
- Onboarding & Contracting: Direct client, manufacturer, and product onboarding while ensuring key governance contracts (MSAs, SOWs, QTAs, DPAs, and SDEAs) are in place.
- Vendor & Quality Oversight: Establish program-specific processes, oversee third-party service providers, and uphold strict compliance with standard GDP procedures.
- Account Growth: Identify strategic opportunities to expand account partnerships and scale service offerings throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Pharma & Biotech Background: In-depth understanding of drug development life cycles, global regulatory frameworks, and GDP standards.
- Program Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex client programs or projects within life sciences or healthcare services.
- Client Relationship
Skills:
Strong background in client account management, partner communication, and strategic account growth. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated capability to guide matrixed operational and technical teams toward unified goals.
- Contractual & Operational Acumen: Practical experience in program onboarding, vendor management, and contract administration.
