- Responsible for the health and sustainability of all offices in the region
- Lead Site Managers and Site Directors across the region
- Communicate World Relief’s mission, vision, values, and strategic directions to regional offices and staff
- Develop strategic plans for growth, sustainability, and stabilization
- Provide communication, encouragement, prayer support, and accountability to direct reports
- Support financial stability, church and community outreach, and engagement
- Lead regional fundraising and cultivate relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with development and advocacy teams to meet financial targets and expand refugee and immigrant services
- Engage regional and state stakeholders to expand resettlement and immigrant programming
- Develop and lead a cohesive, resource-efficient multi-office service network
- Contribute field perspective to the US Leadership Team and Senior Leadership
- Supervise Site Directors, Site Managers, and other regional staff, including performance management and on-site visits
- Facilitate program evaluation and new program development
- Oversee church-based programs and potential new offices
- Monitor regional budgets and spending and address overspending
- Advise Site Directors and Managers on mission fit, financial cost/benefit, and funding opportunities
- Review organizational and personnel changes across sites
- Collaborate with the Home Office and attend network-wide meetings
- Maintain Office Profiles and Site Security Plans
- Monitor regional security incidents and assist with Incident Reports
- Support development and maintenance of US Ministries resources and documentation
- Provide interim leadership during staff transitions
- Perform supervisory duties including timesheet and time-off approval, goal setting, progress check-ins, performance documentation, and HRIS updates
- Lead staff as a spiritual leader through prayer, devotionals, and fostering a Christian environment
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals’ For the Health of The Nation document
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass MVR standards
- 5+ years of management experience
- Graduate degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Authorization to legally work in the US
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Preferred: 5+ years managing multiple staff/departments and budgets over $1 million

Demonstrates strong leadership in managing multi-site operations, fostering community engagement, and ensuring financial stability while aligning with World Relief’s mission and values. Capable of developing strategic plans and overseeing program evaluation to enhance refugee and immigrant services.
