Accounts Payable Supervisor

We’re seeking a strong, motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a growing team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Lead and coach a team of AP Analysts, ensuring performance and development
• Manage workflow queues, prioritize tasks, and resolve aged items
• Handle vendor and internal escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure compliance with AP policies and drive process improvements
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain service excellence

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (managing 7–10 direct reports)
• Experience in high-volume AP environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP a plus)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn systems
• Ability to lead with integrity, resilience, and a team-first mindset
