The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Along with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations when on duty
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

• Twoyearsofrelatedexperienceand/or training orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerservicearea is aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Mustpossesstheabilitytotrain,developandevaluateateam of40+employees
• Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentiality and discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational Englishtowork effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer,scanner, printer,etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Provenabilitytoanalyzedataanddrawappropriateconclusionstoinformpolicies and procedures
