Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air is seeking a motivated and driven Channel Leader to lead and develop a team of plumbing and drain service technicians in our San Diego branch. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and can inspire a team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.

As a Channel Leader, you’ll generate profitable revenue through hands‑on leadership, technician coaching, and in‑field customer engagement. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining Rooter Hero’s industry-leading standards of service and professionalism.

Visit and engage 3–5 clients daily to generate new sales and follow up on open estimates.

Train and coach service technicians weekly to improve sales techniques and service quality.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Present proposals and solutions based on pricing formulas to ensure proper gross profit.

Monitor technician performance and hold the team accountable to minimum weekly and monthly sales standards.

Ensure permits are pulled and inspections are scheduled for all relevant jobs.

Conduct weekly sales and team meetings to review performance and recognize top achievers.

Assist Quality Control with job‑site visits and customer complaint resolution.

Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports for the Operations Manager.

Promote Rooter Hero’s culture of excellence and uphold company values at all times.

Minimum 2+ years of sales leadership or field management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related home services.

Proven ability to coach, train, and lead sales or service teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first approach.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Plumbing knowledge and ability to obtain a California Home Improvement Sales License

Comfortable working in the field and performing light physical duties as needed (driving, site visits, inspections).

Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills under pressure.

Availability to attend weekly sales, branch, and corporate meetings.

Maintain personal sales of at least $200,000 per month
.

Ensure technician teams meet minimum standards of $35,000 monthly per service truck
.

Achieve team conversion rates above 85% and maintain recall rates below 10%.

Limit customer complaints to fewer than four per month
, resolving all promptly and professionally.
