Medely is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead our Strategic and Growth teams. You will empower a team of CSMs to drive retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes for post-acute and outpatient facilities, while aligning with company strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Director, you will refine playbooks, mentor CSMs, and use data and market trends to guide priorities. Some travel may be required as part of client engagements.
