For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will support the day-to-day leadership of a complex program, with a strong focus on contract operations, client engagement, and coordinated delivery across multiple work streams. The Program Manager will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep priorities aligned, manage execution, and help drive consistent operational outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can supervise staff, address performance needs, and strengthen program effectiveness in a remote environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually
Responsibilities- Serve as a deputy to senior program leadership, supporting contract operations and client engagement
- Independently lead program activities and represent program leadership as needed
- Supervise and manage staff across various roles and experience levels
- Set performance expectations and provide coaching for staff development
- Coordinate execution across multiple projects, ensuring alignment of resources and outcomes
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Previous experience as a deputy program manager or in a comparable leadership capacity
- Experience supervising employees across various roles and levels
- Proven ability to establish performance expectations and address performance issues
- Familiarity with Agile practices and delivery management tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
