Position: Court Services Supervisor 2 (Family Division)

Salary

The salary range for this position is $74,551.38 to $ for Schedule A, and $74,551.38 to $ for Schedule

B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to August 29, 2015, are considered Schedule

A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after August 29, 2015, are considered Schedule

Remote Work

The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.

Under the general direction of the Court Executive 28 (Family Division Manager) and Court Executive 18 (Assistant Family Division Manager), the Camden Vicinage is seeking a dynamic professional with excellent leadership skills who wants to make a difference in the Family Division's Domestic Violence Unit. The selected candidate's duties will include, but not limited to supervising the day- to-day operations of a case management team comprised of professional and support staff;

regulating workflow in accordance with operating schedules, ensuring that team members function in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, rules, directives, policies and procedures; advising management on personnel issues and addressing work performance deficiencies accordingly; compiling statistical data on workload volume and efficient court/unit operations; directing and coordinating work between units or teams; monitoring backlog; implementing leadership strategies to accomplish organizational/unit goals, interacting daily with judges and their chambers staff: answering questions posed by the public, client's customers, complainants, subordinates, and supervisors;

making recommendations on critical work problems presented in the organization or unit; providing direction for achieving organization, unit or project goals to ensure that time and quality standards are met; and other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience, one year of which shall have included experience in case management; enforcement of court orders; and/or…
