VP, Product and UX

Role overview

This is an executive leadership role responsible for shaping product vision and user experience across a B2B software portfolio. The position partners with senior leaders to grow revenue, ship lovable products, and guide a high-performing product and UX organization. The work blends strategic product leadership with hands-on involvement in discovery and AI-driven product development.

• Define and execute product strategy that drives revenue, retention, and long-term business growth across a multi-product portfolio.
• Lead and develop a senior team of product managers and UX designers, raising the bar for craft and outcomes.
• Stay actively involved in product discovery, shaping what customers will pay for and ensuring exceptional end-to-end experiences.
• Partner with engineering, customer success, and marketing leadership to deliver company-wide results.
• Build trusted relationships with executive customers and translate their insights into product direction.
• Champion AI as a core part of how modern product organizations plan, design, and ship software.

• 12+ years of strategic product management experience with executive-level leadership in B2B SaaS.
• 8+ years leading dynamic product organizations, including high-performing product managers and UX designers.
• Track record of product-led success in free trial acquisition models and B2B software portfolios.
• Experience building productivity and collaboration software for business users, across both startup and larger-company environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful perspective on how AI is transforming product development.

• U.S. base salary range of $245,000 to $320,000, plus profit sharing.
