Medicaid Director

Job Summary

The Director of Medicaid will oversee and manage Medicaid-related operations and initiatives at the designated Jackson, MS location. This leadership role requires on-site presence to ensure effective supervision and successful program execution over a minimum one-year period with potential for extension.

• Provide managerial and supervisory oversight of Medicaid programs and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize Medicaid service delivery.
• Lead strategic planning and implementation of Medicaid initiatives.
• Monitor program performance and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the Jackson, MS site.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Proven experience in management or supervision roles, preferably within Medicaid or healthcare programs.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Advanced degree or certifications related to healthcare administration or public health.
• Experience directing Medicaid programs or similar healthcare initiatives.
• Familiarity with state-specific Medicaid regulations in Mississippi.

• Position requires 100% onsite presence in Jackson, Mississippi.
• Remote work requests will not be considered.
• Immediate availability is preferred due to urgent need.

• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
• Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
