About the team: The team leads Workforce Management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and associate experiences across Neighborhood Markets. They develop strategic plans for scheduling, staffing, and talent acquisition aligned with business goals. By providing coaching, performance management, and development resources, the team supports career growth and retention. Collaborating with business partners, they identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement regional talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to meet future needs.
• Oversee execution of HR policies, programs, and compliance initiatives, analyzing data to identify trends and address gaps.
• Lead change management efforts by aligning operational initiatives with HR actions and supporting regional leaders through communication and counseling.
• Serve as liaison between home office and field functions to integrate business strategies with regional operations and monitor performance.
• Foster a culture of integrity and accountability while promoting continuous learning and associate engagement.
• Build and maintain partnerships to support business goals and community involvement initiatives.
