Project Manager - Test Remote

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Traverse City. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project life cycles, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders

Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership

Manage project scope and implement change control procedures

Ensure project deliverables align with organizational objectives

Create and maintain project documentation

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldPMP certification preferred5+ years of experience in project management

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellence in stakeholder management and communication

Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies

Strong budgeting and financial planning skills

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Expert problem-solving and analytical skills

Change management experience

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Strong decision-making capabilities
