As the Director, Technology Product Management, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital product portfolio and driving innovation and alignment with business goals. This role demands deep expertise in leading team members, with a proven ability to build, develop, and engage talent.

Key focuses of this position are people leadership and scaling Agile practices across the enterprise, ensuring seamless alignment between product initiatives and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for empowering team members, and the leadership skills to drive transformation and deliver impactful results.

• Champions the brand; serves as a role‑model for the vision, mission and values of the organization. Supports Compeer’s strategic imperatives.
• Hires, develops, motivates, coaches, evaluates, trains and rewards department team members.
• Provides clear and timely communication and feedback to all team members on expectations and goals.
