Program Management / Healthcare Remote

· W2 only
Lead a key healthcare client initiative as a Senior Program Manager. This remote contract opportunity is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Drive large, complex, cross-functional programs, align stakeholders and senior leadership, and maintain clear visibility into delivery, budgets, risks, and overall program health.
Why This Role- Lead strategic enterprise initiatives across multiple work streams and cross-functional teams
- Own project planning, timelines, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting
- Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and tracking
- Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear communication and strong executive presence
- Initial engagement runs through February 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension
- This is a W2-only engagement; candidates must successfully complete the required background check process
- Healthcare experience is required; member experience and Medicaid experience are strongly preferred
- Extensive Senior Program Manager experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and tracking
- Proven ability to plan projects, manage risks, resolve issues, and report to executives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple work streams while maintaining visibility into timelines, budgets, risks, and program health
- Service Now Project Management experience preferred
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java and React applications, AWS Lambda, or Figma is a plus
- Must be based in the United States and available for a remote W2 contract
