As a Regional Manager, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing a diverse portfolio and driving both operational excellence and team performance. You’ll inspire and develop high-performing on-site leadership teams, foster strong partnerships with vendors and contractors, and implement systems and strategies that optimize performance and maximize Net Operating Income (NOI).

In this role, you’ll take ownership of hiring, training, and mentoring on-site managers while ensuring disciplined cost control, revenue growth, and strong resident retention. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance property performance, elevate the resident experience, and execute competitive marketing initiatives that position each community for long-term success.

This is an opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values relationships as much as results, and is motivated by building teams, improving systems, and delivering measurable impact across a portfolio. Regular travel across the assigned region is an essential component of this role, including 25% travel to Houston, TX.
