Ihre Aufgaben

Abwicklung von Retouren für Ersatzteile unter Beachtung der internen Richtlinien Prüfung und Bewertung der retournierten Artikel sowie Erstellung von Gutschriften Erfassung von Retouren in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem und Aktualisierung des Lagerbestands. Kommunikation mit Kunden zu ihren Retouren Anfragen sowie zum aktuellen Status Abstimmung und Informationsaustausch mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen Pflege, Überwachung und Organisation der Lagerplätze Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch eine zügige und effiziente Retourenabwicklung Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Prozesse im Retourenmanagement

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Retourenabwicklung oder im Kundenservice
• Interesse an technischen Produkten und deren Eigenschaften
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office;
  Grundkenntnisse in SAP sind wünschenswert
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung Teamfähigkeit, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
