• The Assistant General Manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategies to improve service, manage inventory and labor budgets, maintain brand and compliance standards, coach and develop staff, and handle patient issues and escalations.
• Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, prior cash handling and preferably management experience, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to train and lead a large team, and must pass background checks and be at least 21 years old.
• The position requires physical activity such as moving throughout the facility and lifting up to 50 lbs, with a 40-45 hour flexible weekly schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; the company offers a competitive salary and benefits, and is an equal opportunity employer committed to a drug-free workplace.

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel , inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metric s and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience .

Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results

Maintain brand standard sin visual merchandising

Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees

Along with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationswhenon duty

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

Assistthe General Manager in managinglaborbudget to meet the needs of the business

Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

Twoyearsofrelatedexperienceand/or training orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience

Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
