As a Motor Vehicle Office Manager 1 (OM1) at the DMV, you will be at the forefront of delivering efficient, customer-focused service while managing and optimizing office performance. In this role, you will:

Lead a team of MVCSRI professionals ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in both the Anchorage Public Service office and a team in our Eagle River location.

Oversee the processing of identification documents, vehicle titles, and registrations, verifying accuracy and legality.

Work in the Anchorage Public Service location.

Communicate DMV policies and regulations clearly and effectively to the public.

Utilize your management and organizational skills to streamline operations, improve customer satisfaction, and support the success of both in-person and remote offices.
