Customer Service Supervisor - El Paso

We are currently hiring a Supervisor - Customer Serviceto help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.

An excited professional that knows that working hard and having fun are two peas in the same pod! The Supervisor position is crucial to the operational excellence and world class experience we provide to our customers.

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
• Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.
• Motivate team members to achieve desired results
• Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage and accurately document account details

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
