Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is seeking an Associate Director, Individual Giving to manage a portfolio of major donors and drive transformational gifts in support of our mission.
The role requires closing five- to seven-figure gifts, strategic moves management, and close collaboration with the Resource Development team and program leaders. This is a 100% remote, national role with travel 25–30% as needed.
