Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Field Medical Affairs Team Lead to lead the strategic development and execution of the field medical organization for rese-cel in myositis and related autoimmune diseases. The role involves building and mentoring a high-performance team of Medical Science Liaisons and working collaboratively across functions. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree with significant experience in the pharma/biotech industry, particularly in the cell therapy field, and will be adept at engaging with key opinion leaders and guiding scientific discussions.
