Urrly is hiring a Head of Sales (Player-Coach) to lead an outbound-driven sales function for a nationwide scope in the United States. You will own a substantial personal quota, coach a junior AE, and build the first repeatable outbound engine, with an opportunity to scale toward VP of Sales or CRO as the business grows.
You will manage an individual quota of roughly $300k–$400k, collaborate with SDR support, and guide a second AE.
