Director of Infusion - CarepathRx - Onsite

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, organizational goals, and long-term success.
• Lead home infusion operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and an exceptional patient experience.
• Drive performance against production goals, patient onboarding targets, service-level agreements, and quality metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze performance trends and implement solutions that improve productivity, profitability, patient satisfaction, and referral source engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral sources, payers, and industry stakeholders.
• Mentor, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, accreditation, payer, and company requirements.

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or complex healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams and driving operational excellence across a growing organization.
• Proven ability to improve business performance through process optimization, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of home infusion operations, reimbursement models, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience managing operational metrics, production goals, quality outcomes, service-level agreements, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and build strong partnerships across clinical, operational, and executive teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage patients, providers, referral sources, payers, and senior leadership.
• Experience developing and mentoring leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This position is based onsite in Northeast Ohio. Regular in-person leadership presence is required to support employees, operations, and cross-functional partnerships. Occasional travel may be required to company locations, customer sites, and leadership meetings. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124, USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
