Manager, Clinical Operations; Fully Remote

• Design and operationalize the infrastructure for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup, tooling, and workflows.
• Translate care model standards into operational workflows and ensure readiness for launch.
• Support go-live stabilization and capture learnings for future launches.

• Diagnose operational friction and implement solutions to strengthen care team reliability.
• Partner with Product to embed workflows into tools and systems.
• Drive operational review cadences and ensure KPI ownership.

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery.
• Exposure to market launches or scaling operations.
• Strong process documentation and workflow design skills.

• Fully remote role operating on Eastern time.
• Expected compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
