Broadspire is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Disability & Leave to lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our Disability & Leave business. This executive role will shape business strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen our position as an industry leader.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive profitability and market leadership
- Lead Disability & Leave operations, quality, compliance, analytics, and client experience
- Partner with executive leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
- Strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities
- Serve as an industry thought leader with clients, brokers, consultants, and industry partners
- Executive leadership experience within Disability & Leave services
- Proven success driving business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance
- Strong expertise in claims operations, compliance, and client management
- Ability to lead large, high-performing teams through transformation and growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
