Senior Project Manager - Remote

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, using virtual tools.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed project teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues within a remote work context.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and budget adherence, providing regular and transparent updates to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards in all remote project endeavors.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant emphasis on managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire virtual teams to achieve project objectives.
• Expertise in utilizing a range of project management software and collaborative platforms for remote work.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional virtual communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
