As the Director of Sales - Protein, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for Tosca's protein supply chain across North America, spanning beef, pork, poultry, and seafood. You’ll oversee a high-performing sales team responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business across both upstream (processors/plants) and downstream (retail) markets.

This role is critical to expanding the adoption of Tosca’s reusable packaging solutions-RPCs, bins, and pallets-by delivering value through supply chain innovation, sustainability, and strategic partnerships. You'll shape market strategy, drive execution, and unlock growth opportunities that align with Tosca’s mission to build smarter, more sustainable supply chains.

• Lead the North American protein sales team, including strategy development, growth initiatives, pipeline management, customer relationship management, and budget oversight.
• Develop and execute downstream (retail-focused) strategies to grow Tosca’s presence in protein categories.
• Develop and execute upstream strategies across protein processing plants to drive adoption of Tosca’s reusable packaging solutions.
• Identify, engage, and secure new retail customers; lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, logistics, warehousing, sustainability, procurement, and technology teams.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing retail and processing partners.
• Maintain and grow a pipelin
