Director​/Senior Director, Professional Services; Fully Remote

• Lead end-to-end services delivery, engaging in strategic customer programs and partnering with Sales, Engineering, and customer teams.
• Build a technically capable services organization with skills in data, APIs, AI workflows, and deployment.
• Establish the Services + Engineering engagement model and build repeatable delivery models.

Success Metrics:

• Faster time-to-value, higher on-time implementation, improved quality, and increased self-sufficiency.
• Stronger scope discipline, higher utilization, and improved revenue and margin.
• Improved agent quality and production readiness across customer workflows.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Professional Services leadership, with experience scaling teams and complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong working knowledge of data platforms, APIs, and AI/agentic systems, with Databricks experience preferred.
• Executive communication and commercial judgment, with experience in managed services and delivery models.
