- Oversee daily operations across Contracts, Procurement, Certifications, and Risk & Compliance.
- Manage a team of 1099 contractors and coordinate service commitments.
- Serve as the main escalation point for clients and internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run engagements from discovery through execution and close.
- Maintain certifications, policies, and governance cadences.
- Report on queue health, turnaround, and risk to the President.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in compliance, contracts, or operations.
- Direct experience in federal and SLED government contracting.
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
