AstraZeneca's Rare Endo & Rare Tumor (RERT) Case Management Lead is a senior, remote leadership role overseeing Case Managers who support One Source-enrolled patients across the RERT portfolio. You will coach, develop, and manage the CM team and the RERT Float team to deliver high-touch, compliant patient care.
You will partner with Strategy and vendors, drive day-to-day operations, manage performance through metrics, and ensure seamless patient journeys from onboarding to adherence.
