Client Relationship Manager; Fully Remote

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing service.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, translating business needs into effective solutions.

• Design and execute onboarding project plans for Capital Markets customers, coordinating activities and timelines.
• Resolve moderate customer issues and elevate complex matters while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Train customers on platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years in customer service or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative recommendation skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Google Drive is preferred.
• U.S. salary range of $57,000–$95,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and RSUs.
