AI LLM Delivery Manager

• Production Operations Management
  :
  Lead end to end production operations for large scale AI/ML data programs, ensuring delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLA), Turnaround Time (TAT), quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Manage large production teams, driving performance through effective people management, coaching, capability development, and performance management.
• Workforce Planning
  :
  Own workforce planning, capacity forecasting, staffing, resource allocation, utilization, shrinkage, absenteeism, and attrition management.
• Performance Monitoring
  :
  Monitor production volumes, productivity, backlog, utilization, quality, and operational KPIs through dashboards and management reports.
• Talent Collaboration
  :
  Ensure optimal manpower availability by working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring plans, onboarding, ramp up, and workforce requirements.
• Operational Improvements
  :
  Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce attrition and shrinkage, optimize utilization, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Cross Functional Partnership
  :
  Collaborate with AI/ML, Technology, Data Science, Quality, Training, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Program Management teams to resolve operational and technical challenges.
• Program Launches
  :
  Lead new program launches, transitions, pilots, and large scale production ramp ups while ensuring operational readiness.
• Process Improvement
  :
  Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 7 years in Production Management, AI Data Operations, or related fields.
• Educational Background
  :
  Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Mycology, or a related domain.
• Location
  :
  Noida (Remote work available).
• Compensation
  :
  Up to 38 LPA.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹2, - ₹3, per year
