Manager, Inside Sales; Fully Remote

• Lead and support a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions with prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators, ensuring team members achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Coordinate team schedules, workload distribution, and daily operations to maintain efficient coverage and service levels.

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring teams of Admissions Representatives, Sales Representatives, or similar client-facing professionals.
• Demonstrated experience managing performance against KPIs, quotas, service-level targets, or other operational goals.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and make effective decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Target base compensation of $80,000–$95,000 per year with performance-based bonus potential.
