Project Coordinating Manager; Fully Remote

• We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinating Manager to lead our Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments.
• This is a full-time, fully remote role reporting to the Operations Director.
• You will oversee daily operations, manage department employees, and ensure successful execution of environmental projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations of departments, including scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
• Oversee client communication, including project updates, pricing, proposals, and service concerns.
• Review and interpret laboratory results, prepare reports, and coordinate with laboratories on turnaround times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university with at least 2 years of environmental industry experience.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
