Home Service Office Manager; HVAC​/Plumbing

• Own day-to-day office operations, including call center performance, follow up, scheduling and dispatch.
• Manage customer service, scheduling and dispatch performance with minimal owner intervention.
• Track project timelines from booking through completion and invoicing, flagging at-risk jobs.
• Monitor job costing and margins at a summary level and flag anomalies.
• Coordinate subcontractors (permits, material orders, inspections, agencies) where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records in House Call Pro or equivalent CRM/FSM platform and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.

• 2+ years in project management, office management, or operations coordination, ideally in trades or field services.
• Working knowledge of House Call Pro or comparable FSM/scheduling platform (Service Titan, Jobber).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and follow up independently without heavy oversight.
• Nice to have: direct plumbing or HVAC industry experience; basic job costing or P&L familiarity; experience managing a small remote or hybrid team.
