Our headquarters are located in San Francisco and we have additional offices in Knoxville, TN and New York City with employees working remotely in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MN, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. All employees are required to have permanent residency in one of these states.

Candidates based in the Bay Area, New York City, and Knoxville, Tennessee will be give priority consideration. For these locations, the position will follow a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in office and the remaining days working from home.

Job Title:Practice Experience Manager
Why This Role Matters:
The Practice Experience Manager has primary ownership and accountability for customer satisfaction within assigned accounts. Their responsibilities include the following:
- Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Provide comprehensive support and education for navigating the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
- Assist clients in understanding and adhering to MIPS program requirements (Quality, Promoting Interoperability, and Improvement Activities) and in gathering and analyzing healthcare data for accurate performance measure tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with the Quality Payment Program to effectively educate clinicians and staff on program changes, requirements, and best practices.
- Ensure precise and timely submission of MIPS data to CMS, in compliance with reporting deadlines.
