We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our remote team and help us execute our strategic initiatives effectively.

As a Project Manager at Paydex Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our Operations & Execution team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the quality standards expected by our clients. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and operational execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or operations environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using collaboration tools and software for remote work.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in working in a remote environment and managing virtual teams is preferred.
